Dear Members,

Our AGM for FY 2021-22 was scheduled to be held on 29^th September, 2022 at Hotel Ramada Inn and accordingly  Notice of AGM was sent to all of you.

However,  we received innumerable representations from several of our members requesting us to postpone the AGM expressing their inability to attend due to the Navratri Festival and that the AGM be held immediately thereafter.

Accordingly the Managing Committee heeded to these requests and have decided to hold the AGM on Thursday, 6^th October, 2022 at 6 pm at Hotel Ramada Inn, MBP, Mahape.

We hereby request all the members to kindly take a note of this and attend the AGM in large numbers on the rescheduled date of 6^th October, 2022.
